Settings ​

The Settings of Kundenkartei Go are lean: your account, the logs and the language. Everything else – templates, finances, numbering and so on – you set up in the web application.

🧭 How to get there ​

Tap your profile picture at the top right. A small menu opens with two entries:

  • Settings – opens this page
  • Log out – signs you out and takes you back to the sign-in

On the page, the list of the three areas is on the left and the opened one on the right. When the page opens, Logs is selected.

On a phone

On a narrow screen the list of areas is currently hidden; there you only see the Logs. You reach Account and Language on a wider screen, such as a tablet. You can also choose the language on the sign-in page, and you can log out at any time via the profile picture.

The three areas ​

Account ​

Shows your User profile: the details you sign in with. It is your own profile, not that of other people in the business.

Logout sits at the bottom right. It signs you out, just like Log out in the profile picture menu. More on the Account page.

Logs ​

An overview of the messages that have arisen while working with Go – notices, warnings, errors.

  • Entries counts how many messages there are.
  • Tapping a row shows the full message; Copy to clipboard lets you take it over, for instance into a message to support.
  • Save JSON saves all messages as a file on your device.

Language ​

Four flags – for German, French, Italian and English. A tap changes the language of the interface at once. More on the Language page.

🌗 Light or dark ​

You do not set the appearance here but in the header: the moon symbol switches to dark mode, the sun symbol back to light.

🔒 Security and logout ​

  • Secure the device (PIN or biometrics)
  • Log out via the profile picture → Log out, or under Account with Logout

Recommendation: on shared devices, always log out actively.

❓ Frequently asked questions (FAQ) ​

On my phone I only see the logs. ​

  • The list of areas is currently hidden on narrow screens. Open the settings on a wider screen, such as a tablet, to reach Account and Language.

How do I log out? ​

  • Tap the profile picture at the top right and choose Log out.

I was logged out. ​

  • Sign in again. If your sign-in expires, Go takes you back to the sign-in page by itself.
