🗺️ Roadmap
Kundenkartei Cloud is your central platform. All the applications – Kundenkartei Web, Kundenkartei Go (mobile) and later Kundenkartei Studio – access the same data in the cloud.
Note: the roadmap is non-binding planning. The order and the content can change on the basis of feedback and priorities.
🔁 The products: Web, Go and Studio
- Kundenkartei Web: use in the browser on a desktop/laptop or tablet (e.g. an iPad).
- Kundenkartei Go: mobile use in the smartphone browser – ideal when you are out and about.
- Kundenkartei Studio: a planned extension focusing on studio workflows.
🧪 Test phases
Kundenkartei goes through two test phases before the broad rollout.
Alpha
The basic functions are developed and checked with a small group of consultants.
In this phase, cloud data can be reset in exceptional cases.
Beta
The solution is stabilised for the rollout with a larger group.
All the core functions are in place; the processes are optimised and supplemented.
